Delivery

When will I get my order?
Once your order is received, our production office will start working on your design within 12 hours. Estimated delivery time for free standard shipping is 3 - 7+ business days.

Estimated shipping time for U.S. mainland: 5 - 10 business days (excluding weekends). Shipping times may be longer for areas outside the mainland U.S., like Hawaii.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with multiple production facilities across the U.S. to fulfill your order.

Will all my items ship together?
Items may ship separately. Different products are made at different production facilities, so if you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?Before reaching out to us, please try the following:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.
  • Visit your local post office to see if they’re holding your package.
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If your package is lost by the shipping courier, please file a police report before contacting us at cozy@cozythreadshop.com with your order number. We’ll be happy to assist!

Orders

My blanket smell weird?
We recommend washing your blanket once it arrives. If you notice any odor, it's due to the pretreatment and curing process during production. This is completely normal and will disappear after the first wash.

How are your products made?
All of our products are locally produced in the U.S. by our trusted production partners to reduce waste and ensure quality.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to email us at cozy@cozythreadshop.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
We’re so sorry if your order arrived damaged or incorrect. To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please email us at cozy@cozythreadshop.com within one week of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged or wrong item, your order number, and any other details, and we’ll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!

 

Refund Policy

What’s your return policy?

CozyThreads is a small business, and most of our products are made to order. As a result, we typically cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is not as expected. However, we are dedicated to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, so if there’s any issue with your order, please feel free to contact us!.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at info@cozythreadshop.com and include photos of the incorrect or damaged product. We’ll take care of it as soon as possible!

Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed. Once production has begun, we can’t cancel the order.

As a small business, we hope for your understanding. If a cancellation is requested after production starts, we would have to cover the cost out of pocket, as most of our items are custom-made and cannot be resold. Thank you for supporting our small team!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. Please refer to the sizing charts provided for each product to ensure the right fit.

If your item was mislabeled or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing cozy@cozythreadshop.com with your order number and photos. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund!
